FORZ®Glaze

By experimenting with a variety of ashes, Daria Biryukova continues her research project on ceramic glazes. She was inspired by traditional recipes from the Middle East and extended this knowledge with experiments on biological waste provided by Renewi Mineralz. FORZ(R) granules are bottom ash produced from specially selected and processed mineral residues, released during combustion processes and separation of household waste. The product has been used in the concrete industry and civil engineering as a directly usable alternative for sand and gravel.
