About the making process:
After all the ingredients are cooked together it gets in a dense liquid form and then poured onto a surface for 7 to 8 hours (depends on the weather conditions). After 7 hours it becomes jelly like and then placed on the mold and air dry for 8 more hours. Also for the colouring process the food residues like beetroot, onion skin and etc… are boiled and the water gets their colour.
